    The OOGTS system is established by the adminstrator on Friday, August 14, 2009.
    System explaination:
    1. Seller(or astro buyer)
    will Offer Carats items that is listing
    on the Paypal "Buy Carat Item" section in
    the Trading Board.

    2. Buyer(or Carat buyer) purchases item and he will
    be transferred to the Trading Board -> Offer Section.

    3. Seller(or astro buyer) will find the PAID Buyer(or
    Carat buyer)through the PAID section under the
    Trading Board.

    4. Seller will gift the corresponding item to the
    buyer of his/her choice.

    5. The seller will then make a screen shot at the
    moment of the gifting, along with his/her gifting
    history and send them to the adminstrator.

    6. Admin will varify the screen shot and gift the astro
    item to the seller.

    7. The Transcaction will be completed.
    *For your saftey, we urge you to meet the buyer inside
    the game, and compromize the trading while using our
    OOGTS.
